My name is Niki Falvy, and I’m the founder of My Physio Future. I obtained my master’s degree in physiotherapy from the University of Northampton and hold multiple national and international qualifications in sport, fitness, and dance. 

 

As a former elite rhythmic gymnast, movement has always been at the centre of my life, shaping both my career and personal philosophy. For the past 25 years, I’ve worked with people of all ages and physical abilities, helping them discover the transformative power of exercise. 

 

As part of this journey, over the past 7 years, I have built a local fitness community in Leamington Spa, where I encourage and support people in living an active, balanced lifestyle.

My name is Lucy MacDonald and I am a passionate physiotherapist with a wealth of experience and a deep commitment for helping others. 

 

I earned a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy from Manchester University in 2001 and have been dedicated to the profession ever since. I have worked in major teaching hospitals across London and Manchester.

In my current role, I specialise in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, rheumatology, and vestibular rehabilitation within a local hospital. Additionally, I fulfil the role of an Advanced Level Practitioner, leading the development of a new rehabilitation pathway for breast cancer patients undergoing reconstruction within the NHS...

I’m Lizi Mattacola, an occupational therapist (OT) with over 18 years of experience working with adults in a variety of NHS healthcare services such hospitals and community services.  I am proud to say that I have developed a brand new OT service for some GP practices and am currently developing an Ageing Well service to promote healthy ageing.

 

I qualified in 2003 from Coventry University and am currently completing a masters level qualification at the Health Sciences University in Bournemouth.  I have extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation and managing long-term health conditions such as stroke, arthritis, Parkinson’s, dementia, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue. Additionally, I have led teams, mentored staff in new roles, and taught students.

I’m Harriet Saxton, a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach and HeartMath Coach. I obtained my Occupational Therapy BSc degree from Brunel University and Nutrition diploma from British college of Nutrition and Health and became a Health coach at the Health Coach Institute.

 

My passion lies in helping people take charge of their health by making simple yet powerful lifestyle changes. I believe that wellbeing is a journey, and my role is to guide and support you in creating lasting, positive habits that truly make a difference...
