Our specialised group Tai Chi - healthy ageing classes in Lillington, Leamington Spa are designed to help you stay active, independent, and confident in a warm and supportive environment. Sessions focus on gentle, meaningful movement to improve your balance, strength, and confidence in everyday activities, helping you feel more capable and enhancing your overall wellbeing and quality of life.
What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing movement practice that combines slow movements with breathing and mindfulness. In our sessions, we also include simple Qigong exercises, known to support a wide range of health conditions. Tai Chi is widely recognised as one of the safest forms of exercise for older adults.
