I attended My Physio Future with a lower back pain caused by a climbing injury and a chronic sitting lifestyle. Nikki not only diagnosed and located the pain's source, but she also provided me with a set of exercises that evolved over time, but was also specifically tailored my lifestyle without it feeling intrusive! Her approach is very clear, professional and methodical, but is also very compassionate, makes you feel heard and valued when speaking to, she clearly cares about her patients! My lower back really thanks her for the tools and exercises she has provided me, and they continue to work till this day, giving me confidence and freedom from pain when sitting down or climbing! Thank you Nikki!

I can’t recommend Niki highly enough. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to really listen and understand my concerns rather than rushing through a checklist. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step.
What really stood out was her kindness and genuine care. She creates such a calm, reassuring environment. At the same time, I have complete confidence in her abilities and her plan of action, which immediately put me at ease. I left feeling optimistic and confident that I was in very capable hands.
Thanks to her clear plan and expert guidance, I’ve seen real progress and feel much more empowered about my recovery. An outstanding physiotherapist and a genuinely lovely person.

My treatment plan was very effective and tailored to me (I have complex back issues and little spare time and this was completely taken into consideration). The exercises and plan she gave me were simple and practical and helped to reduce my pain and the ‘tingly’ feeling in my arms. I feel a lot more confident managing my pain now and have learnt exercises that I can do completely independently. Since my treatment with Niki I haven’t had the neck pain return. I would highly recommend Niki - she was approachable and compassionate and listened to everything I said without judgement. I felt completely supported throughout - Niki even sent me follow up emails to ensure I didn’t have any further questions.
